Insurance
No, I do not accept insurance. I can email an invoice to you so it can be submitted to your insurance.
Payment methods
I accept cash, credit cards ( NOT American Express), and checks
Cancellation Policy
$25 fee if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, unless you are in labor.

We are located conveniently inside the Joy Collective next to the Birth Center of Boulder in the Goose Creek Plaza.
